Shipping & Return Policy

DUE TO A RECENT RASH OF “DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED” SHIPMENTS, *ALL* ORDERS OVER $1,000.00 WILL BE SENT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. PLEASE GIVE A SHIP TO ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE ABLE TO SIGN FOR THESE SUCH SHIPMENTS. ALSO, ALL SHIPMENTS WILL BE FULLY INSURED FOR YOUR PROTECTION, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Inventory is never guaranteed. Any items that are not in stock at the time of shipping are automatically removed from your order.

All orders ship with a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 regardless of weight or value unless covered by a free shipping promotion. This excludes the shipping of firearms unless specifically stated otherwise.

All orders are subject to shipping delays.

Hazardous orders containing powder and/or primers will be charged a $26.95 “haz-mat fee” (This is not your shipping charge. There will be a separate charge to cover shipping) Powder & Primers can be shipped together under one haz-mat fee with weight restrictions. Please call for large orders to make sure they can legally ship in one box.

All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt with pre approval and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Used items ie. scopes and firearms may be returned within 5 days due to any mechanical defects. Any other reason for returning used items, please call us at 623-587-7641 for pre return authorization.

All international orders will be charged a 4% fee when using a credit/debit card with NON-US funds.

Solvents, Rimfire Ammo, Powder, and Primers cannot be shipped via Air or USPS.

(F) you fully & without reservation or condition, agree to absolve and hold harmless and indemnify Bruno Shooters Supply products, all employees, agencies, or any part thereof, from any and/or all injuries or damages to persons or property or claims alleged or proven, resulting in any way from the purchase/use, possession, distribution, sale/resale, transportation, handling and/or storage of merchandise or items/substances made from same. (G) you therefore agree to reimburse Bruno Shooters Supply or any agent thereof for any and all costs, fees, or expenses in defense of any claims or judgments that may arise as a result of the purchase, transportation, handling, possession, storage, sale/resale and/or use of merchandise ordered. You, the buyer, agree that all terms and conditions of this statement and sale apply equally to all purchases, past, present, and future as well as orders called in by telephone.
